Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 kgs paneer


  • 3 nos onion


  • 1 tsp ginger,little


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 2 nos green chili


  • 1 nos coriander leaves,handfull


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp khade garam masala


  • 2 nos bay leaves


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp paneer masala

Directions

  • grind onion with ginger garlic and chilli to make a paste.
  • in a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds khade garam masale and bay leaves.add spices, paneer spice mix and salt.
  • cook it for few minutes.blanch tomato remove the cover grind it along with coriander leaves.
  • add it to the onion paste.cook it again for few minutes.
  • till oil starts leaving from pan.now add cubed paneer in it.add malai and enjoy delicious paneer lababdaar.
